Managing Your Competitors

In CDN, a competitor is a dancer profile. As an account owner, you can create and manage one or more competitors — whether you're a parent with one child competing, a guardian managing several dancers, or a studio with a full roster.

Competitors can be individuals or groups (troupes, duos, trios, etc.).

Creating a New Competitor

1. Click Create New Competitor in the sidebar
2. Fill in the competitor details:
   • Name
   • Date of birth
   • Whether this is an individual or a group
3. Click Save

Your new competitor will appear under Manage Competitors.

Viewing and Editing Competitors

1. Go to Manage Competitors in the sidebar
2. Click on a competitor to view their profile
3. From here you can update their details, see their event registrations, and manage their entries

Groups and Troupes

If your competitor is a group (e.g. a troupe, duo, or trio):

• Mark them as a group when creating the profile
• Group entries typically fall under types like "Small Troupes (4–11 dancers)" or "Large Troupes (12+ dancers)"

Once your competitor is set up, register them for an event.
