Welcome to the CDN organiser help center. This guide covers how to set up, run, and manage dance competition events on the platform.

What Can You Do as an Organiser?

• Create events with entry definitions (group, style, and type combinations)
• Build and publish schedules for competitors
• Manage music uploads and playback
• Run scoring with judges and publish results
• Record and distribute critiques (video judge feedback)
• Sell spectator tickets and manage check-in
• Stream events live to paid viewers
• Manage event photography and sales
• Track financials, invoices, and platform fees
• Manage staff with role-based access

Staff Roles

CDN supports role-based access so you can delegate tasks to your team:

Role	Access
Org Admin	Full access to all organiser features
Ticket Manager	Manage ticket types, view orders, process refunds
Stream Manager	Manage live streams and monitor stream health
Photographer	Upload and manage event photography
