Configure your organisation's details, payment connections, and preferences.

Accessing Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar.

What You Can Configure

• Organisation details — name, contact information, logo
• Payment providers — connect your Stripe and/or PayPal accounts
• Business settings — tax configuration (GST, VAT, HST, etc.), business address, ABN/tax number
• Notification preferences — control which email notifications you receive

Connecting Payment Providers

To receive payments from competitors and ticket buyers, connect at least one provider:

• Stripe — accepts credit and debit cards
• PayPal — accepts PayPal payments

Follow the on-screen steps to link your accounts. You can use one or both.

Tips

• Keep your contact details current — account owners may need to reach you about event queries
• Upload your organisation logo for branding in schedules, tickets, and PDFs
• Make sure your tax settings match your jurisdiction for accurate invoicing
