Your organisation's contract with CDN defines platform fee rates, service terms, and data retention policies.

The Contract Page

The page has four tabs:

Active Contract

• Current contract status (active, pending, expired)
• Contract term dates
• Download the full contract as PDF

Fee Breakdown

Your contract locks in platform fees for the duration of the term:

• Registration fees — percentage or fixed amount per competitor entry
• Ticket fees — fee per ticket sale
• Streaming fees — fee per stream purchase
• Photography fees — separate rates for photo and video sales
• Import fees — per-performance fee for bulk CSV imports

Previous contracts and their terms.

Sign

When a new contract is available (at initial setup or renewal):

1. Review the terms
2. Enter your name as an electronic signature
3. Click Sign
4. Recorded with timestamp, IP address, and SHA-256 content hash

Fee Lock

Once signed, your fees are locked for the entire contract term. They only change at renewal. The exception is third-party pass-through costs, which may adjust with 30 days' notice.

Data Retention

Your contract includes retention policies for stored media:
