Set up event photography so competitors can browse and buy photos and video clips from your events.

Accessing Photography Management

Click Photography in the sidebar.

Assigning Photographers

1. Add photographers as staff with the Photographer role (see Staff Management)
2. Assign them to the event
3. Photographers upload directly from their own dashboard

How It Works

1. Photographers upload photos and short video clips during or after the event
2. CDN automatically generates watermarked previews and thumbnails
3. Competitors browse the gallery and purchase individual items or packages
4. Purchased media is available for full-resolution, unwatermarked download

Payment Configuration

Photography payments can work in two ways:

• Organiser-managed — payments route through your organisation's Stripe/PayPal, and you pay photographers separately
• Photographer-managed — photographers connect their own Stripe/PayPal and receive payments directly (minus platform fees)

Pricing Options

You can configure pricing for:

• Individual photos
• Individual video clips
• Packages (bundles at a discounted rate)

Tips

• Set up photography assignments before the event so photographers can start uploading immediately
• Video clips are automatically trimmed and watermarked for previews
• Original files are stored securely per your data retention policy
