Managing Tickets

Sell spectator tickets for your events through CDN.

Accessing Ticket Management

Click Manage Tickets in the sidebar, or click the Tickets button next to an event on the Events page.

Setting Up Ticket Types

1. Go to the Ticket Types tab
2. Click Create Ticket Type
3. Fill in:
   • Name — e.g. "Adult Day Pass", "Child Weekend Pass"
   • Price
   • Quantity available
   • Sale window — when tickets go on and off sale
   • Description
4. Save

You can create as many ticket types as you need per event.

Viewing Orders

The Orders tab lists all purchases:

• Search by buyer name or email
• Filter by ticket type or status
• Click an order to see full details
• Process cancellations and refunds from the order detail view

Sales Summary

The Sales Summary tab shows:

• Tickets sold per type
• Total revenue
• Sales trends over time

Processing Refunds

1. Find the order in the Orders tab
2. Open the order
3. Click Refund
4. The refund goes through the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal)
