Importing Data

If you're migrating from another system or need to add entries in bulk, CDN supports CSV imports.

How to Import

1. Click Imports in the sidebar
2. Select the event
3. Download the CSV template
4. Fill in the template with your data
5. Upload the completed file
6. Review the import preview — check for any flagged errors
7. Confirm the import

What Can Be Imported

• Competitor entries — bulk-add competitors with their group, style, and type selections
• Performance details — additional metadata like music assignments

Tips

• Always use the provided template so the column format is correct
• Review the preview carefully before confirming — bulk imports are hard to undo
• Error messages on specific rows will tell you exactly what needs fixing
• Import fees may apply per performance — check your Contract & Fees
