Designing Schedule Layouts

The Design Schedule page lets you customise how the published schedule looks, including sponsor placements and event branding.

Accessing the Designer

1. Click Design Schedule in the sidebar
2. Select the event

What You Can Customise

• Layout — choose how the schedule is displayed
• Event branding — apply your event's colours and logo
• Sponsor blocks — feature event sponsor logos within the schedule
• Section groupings — organise performances into logical visual groups

Adding Event Sponsors

If you have event-level sponsors, you can place their branding directly into the schedule layout:

1. Add a sponsor block
2. Upload the sponsor logo
3. Position it within the schedule
4. Optionally link to the sponsor's website

This is for event-specific sponsors within your schedule. It's separate from the platform-wide CDN sponsorship system.
