Managing Schedules

The schedule tells competitors when and where each performance is happening. CDN gives you tools to build, reorder, and publish schedules.

Accessing Schedules

1. Click Schedules in the sidebar
2. Select the event

Building a Schedule

1. Add sessions (e.g. morning, afternoon) or stages
2. Assign entries to time slots — each entry creates performances in the schedule
3. Set start times and durations for each performance
4. Reorder performances using drag-and-drop

Each performance gets a global number (its position in the running order) and can be assigned a start time and stage.

Publishing

When your schedule is ready:

1. Review it for accuracy
2. Click Publish
3. Competitors will be able to see their personalised schedule, filtered to their own performances

You can update and re-publish at any time — competitors always see the latest version.

Tips

• Leave buffer time between sections for transitions and announcements
• If running multiple stages, ensure there are no conflicts for competitors entered across stages
• Use the Design Schedule page to customise the visual presentation
