Competitor Check-in

Track competitor arrivals at your event using QR code scanning or manual lookup.

Accessing Check-in

1. Click Check-in in the sidebar
2. Select the event

QR Code Scanning

1. Staff use the built-in scanner (phone or tablet camera)
2. Scan the competitor's QR code
3. They're marked as checked in

The check-in page validates that the competitor is actually registered for the event before marking them as arrived.

Manual Check-in

If a competitor doesn't have their QR code:

1. Search by name or entry number
2. Click Check In next to their name

Tips

• Assign dedicated check-in staff and ensure their devices have working cameras
• The check-in list shows who has and hasn't arrived in real time
• Check-in is event-specific — competitors must be registered for the event to check in
