Review and manage all music files uploaded by competitors for your events.

Accessing Music Admin

1. Click Music in the sidebar
2. Select the event

What You Can Do

• View all uploads — see every music file submitted for the event
• Play and preview — listen to tracks directly in the browser
• Download — save individual tracks or bulk-download them for playback at the venue
• Control deadlines — set when competitors can upload or change their music
• Flag issues — mark files that need attention (wrong format, too long, etc.)

On Event Day

The music admin page doubles as your playback reference during the competition:

• Search by competitor name or performance number
• Filter by entry group, style, or type
• Play tracks directly from the page

Tips

• Set a clear upload deadline and communicate it to all account owners
• Review uploads before the event to catch missing or problematic files
• Have a backup plan for any performances without music
